• Any questions about conduct of the watch or operation of equipment.
• Personnel unfit for watch.
• Equipment casualties.
• Personnel casualties.
• When expecting F/O or potable water to drop below 60%.
• When Tagging Out GTM’s or GTG’s.
• Prior to to optesting equipment previously briefed to the OOD.
• When RMD or Max Reliability is either set or secured.
• When the CO orders Battle Override.
• Start/Stop of F/O or L/O transfer.
• UNSAT L/O or F/O samples or metallic material found in samples.
• If any equipment is out of limits for more than one hour.
• Heat stress conditions.
• Setting/Securing emergency ahead pitch.
• Access to the MRG including clutch lockout.
• Aligning JP-5 to F/O service tanks (CO approved).
• Loading new software in to MCS.
• Operating Blow-In doors in manual.
• Operation of equipment outside parameters.
• Modification of equipment outside parameters.
• Before testing electrical distribution including ABTs.
• Tag Out of Fire Fighting equipment while plant is in operation.
• Transferring Freon or other ozone depleting substances.
