The unwelcome behaviour of a sexual nature in the workplace that negatively affects the work environment or leads to adverse job-related consequences
What are causes of workplace politics?
Individual members hold divergent interests and the perception is that resources are scarce.
What does it mean to be empowered?
The freedom and the ability for employees to make decisions and commitments.
How are power and harassment related?
People who engage in harassment are often abusing their power.
