AOS is primarily what kind of disorder?
an articulatory-phonological disorder

How do you differentiate the different types of dementia ?
For Frontotemporal Dementia
-dominant language problem with somewhat better preserved memory and orientation
For PD
-serious memory problems, problems in abstract reasoning, and problem solving and abstract reasoning, impaired visuospatial perception
For Huntington’s
-incontinence, deterioration in intellectual functions, naming problems
Infectious dementia
-slow onset, but is rapid in the final stages
What is the right hemisphere responsible for?
-Facial recognition, arousal, attention, and orientation, emotional experience, prosodic features, emotional tone of speech, pragmatic skills, and ambiguous meanings
