Will every doubling of the cumulative output, unit costs are reduced by 20-30%. Meaning that through bettering processes, is possible to increase productivity through pure experience

- Complacency - everything is fine- fail to react to signs to take action(denial; too much positivity from managers)
- False urgency- people actions dont result in productivity
- True urgency- progress made everyday(failure or succeed
