Criticism of F taylor
-ideas were too simplistic
-you can pay money to employees but what if they are still not satisfied
-a problem arises if you cant measure the employees output
Maslow hierarchy
explains how employees are motivated to fulfill their needs in a hierarchical order.

is a feeling that you feel after knowing you have done a good job for the company

is when workers do a specific task for limited time and then change round again

is when extra task of similar level of work are added to a worker’s job description

involves looking at jobs and adding task that require more responsibliity or skill
