to strongly reinforce positive behaviour among students so that kids who engage in bullying can feel shamed and stop due to social pressure
What had to be done in order for Olweus’s approach to work?
there had to be a creating of positive environment for students to exist and no attention should go towards the bullies because attention can reinforce behaviour
- you need to have cooperation in all of your systems like family, friends, school and even society in order to stop bullying.
