where multiple people share the same job sometimes on a morning-afternoon basis
Remote working
working away from the premise of the business e.g. at home
Zero hour contract
Employers hire with no guarantee of work. Employees can turn down work but employers don’t have to offer it
compressed hours
can compress 5 working day hours into 4 by working more hours on each day
Annualized hours
hours are set annually and there is flexibility over how these are undertaken
