Collagen and calcium.

Calcium is a mineral that adds strength and hardness to the bone.

Makes the bone flexible. and strong enough to withstand stress.
What is a joint?
The point at which two or more bones are connected.
What is Cartilage?
Is a lining that keeps the bones from grinding against each other.
How does Cartilage is different form a Bone?
Cartilage is softer and more flexible than a bone.
Where is Cartilage found?
In the rib cage, external ear, tip of the nose and intervertebral disks.
What are Ligaments?
Ligaments are strong elastic bands of tissue that join bones to other bones
What is Bursa?
A bursa is a fluid-filled sac that cushions areas subject to friction, such as the shoulder, elbow and knee joint.
