Alarms stage: fight or flight, response/body releases adrenaline
Resistance stage: the body of attempts to return to normal but remains alert and tries to solve the problem
exhaustion stage: body can’t keep up if stress goes a long time-result is mental and physical problem

some signs of stress:

- Stomach/headache.
- Insomnia/can’t sleep.
- Fatigue.
- Irritability/company.

five ways to reduce stress:
A
- exercise
- Organize/don’t procrastinate.
- take a timeout ,relax read a book, listen to music, talk with friends, etc..
- Meditate/prayer/read the Bible.
- Avoid negative thinking.
