- conscientious: a person who is responsible in self discipline
- neurotic: highly stressed pessimistic/fear.

characteristics of high and low self-esteem:
high: positive attitude and realistic view of strength and weaknesses
low: negative attitude, judge themselves and others harshly
some ways to improve your self-esteem:
- Don’t base yourself esteem solely on opinions of others.
- Do something nice for others
- Set realistic goals
- Don’t focus on your appearance
