Subordinate goals that must be met to fulfill the larger aspiration

Method of using goals and objectives to align organizational action towards achieving organizational goals
Followership
Share common purpose with leader, believe in organization, and want success for leader and organization
Values
What groups and individuals think ought to be, separate from what does exist
Artifacts (Manufactured Articles)
Signs of physical, psychological, or social environment
Clinical Leadership
Support provided by those who hold clinical positions
Succession Planning
Not limited to replacing individuals
