Client Safety
The responsibility of the trainer. The trainer needs to understand the mechanisms of injury for the major joints of the body.
Short term goals
These are goals that take a short amount of time to complete and typically many of these equal a long term goal.
Long term goals
These goals take a long time to complete and typically have many short term goals leading to them being completed.
Charting
Documenting all activities and events will help the Personal Trainer provide optimal service while limiting liability risk.
First impression
The first time meeting someone. First impressions are very important and the trainer needs to display professional appearance that produces desired impression for the clients and prospective new clients.
Self improvement
Personal Trainers should set short and long term career goals for themselves and make a concerted effort to reach those goals.
