Q

Agile Perspective on Stakeholder Management:

A
  • Stakeholders actively involved, may be part of the team. Seen as intergral to the overall solution.
  • Information openly shared in public spaces on “big, visible charts”

Identify Stakeholders - still relevant, create a register
Plan Stakeholder Engagement - generally higher, embedded and frequent feedback

Manage Stakeholder Engagement - Issue Log still relevant, very important. Usually posted in team’s work space for high visibility and appropriate priority.

Monitor Stakeholder Engagement - examine how goals lines up with results and course correct as needed, usually done in an iteration’s retrospective.
