When managging diversity from the organizational perspective there are a few models;
A
- Assimilation model: Model for addressing diversity that recuirts, selects, trains employees so that they share the same values and culture (nowadays ineffective).
- Protection model: Is the model for adressing diveristy that idnetifies disadvantaged and underrespresented groups and provides special protections for them (nowadays ineffective).
- Value model; Is the model for addresing diveristy in which each element of an organizaiton is valeud for what is uniquely brings to the organization.
