• Protection model: Is the model for adressing diveristy that idnetifies disadvantaged and underrespresented groups and provides special protections for them (nowadays ineffective).
• Value model; Is the model for addresing diveristy in which each element of an organizaiton is valeud for what is uniquely brings to the organization.
