A

  • Merit: Fairness based on the view that those who work hardest or produce the most get the best reward.
  • Equalityy: Everyone should get the same reward as all persons are the same.
  • Need: Definition of fairness based on the view that people should get rewards in proportion to their needs.

A

Is not about the rewards but about if the process by which rewards are assigned fair.
- Influenced by Voice: Is having the possiblity to have objection to the process.
