Marriage
A relationship between usually two people which provides a degree of economic cooperation, emotional intimacy, and sex

Marriage in which the partner is of the same social group or caste
Nuclear Family
Parents living with their biological children and apart from kin
Extended Family
Social groups consisting of one or more parents, children, and other kin. Often spanning several generations and living in the same household
Fictive Kin
Social ties that are not based on marriage or blood
Common law marriage / cohabitation
Partners live as if married, but without the legal framework
