Truth: shows what happens to the Word of God- some people don’t listen to it at all (path), some people accept the Word at first but are too weak to live by it (rocky soil), some people accept the Word but then let people or things of the world kill it in them (thorns), some people let the Word live in them so the Kingdom of God lives in them (rich soil)

Truth: because God has forgiven us everything, we should forgive one another

Truth: wise people plan ahead for the coming of Jesus’ kingdom- they do good deeds, pray, follow Jesus- we need to be ready because we don’t know when the Lord will come

Truth: God expects us to use and develop the gifts he has given us to spread his kingdom

Truth: focus on God and God’s Kingdom, things of God, instead of material goods, power, wealth, popularity, etc.
