Warnings associated with Seating Configuration (6)
- SO console seat poses head strike hazard to passengers in port or center rear seats. If occupied, SO console SHALL be unoccupied and secured
- Only a SIMULA seat SHALL be installed in instructor seat
- Instructor seat SHALL NOT be used if GAU-21 installed and intended on being stowed. If occupied, GAU-21 SHALL remain in firing position
- Center rear seat SHALL be removed if RAST probe is installed
- Center rear seat SHALL be unoccupied during VERTREP
- SIMULA creates an egress hazard to aircrewman and SHOULD be removed when flight doesn’t require it
