  1. SO console seat poses head strike hazard to passengers in port or center rear seats. If occupied, SO console SHALL be unoccupied and secured
  2. Only a SIMULA seat SHALL be installed in instructor seat
  3. Instructor seat SHALL NOT be used if GAU-21 installed and intended on being stowed. If occupied, GAU-21 SHALL remain in firing position
  4. Center rear seat SHALL be removed if RAST probe is installed
  5. Center rear seat SHALL be unoccupied during VERTREP
  6. SIMULA creates an egress hazard to aircrewman and SHOULD be removed when flight doesn’t require it
