What is EEF?
EEF is enterprise environmental factors that are outside of the project team’s control but that affect the project, program, portfolio or org level.
What is OPA?
OPA is organizational process assets that refers to process, procedures, policies, knowledge that are specific to the organization and indluence the management of the project.
Is processes, policies and procedures a OPA or EEF?
3P is part of the Organizational Process Assets that affects the project environment.
The difference between internal and external EEF (enterprise environmental factors)?
External EEFs are factors outside of the organization that influence the project.
Internal EEFs are factors inside the organization but ourside of the project.
What does Organizational Knowledge Repositories do?
How an organization stores and reposits information. Includes: project files, lessons learned, financial data, issues, defects, etc.
What is Organizational Systems?
"how you get work done" Provide structure and governance. Permissions Work authorization employee discipline defined by organization management
