When may you test the ground proximity system?
When the aircraft is on the ground
When does the GPWS provide the aural BANK ANGLE?
Once each at 35, 40 and 45*

During take off, approach and landing when in windshear. The alerts are displayed on
the attitude indicator

Shows terrain data, removes weather radar display
What does dotted green terrain display on the ND indicate?
Terrain is present from 2000’ to 500’ below current altitude
What does an amber elevation under TERR on the ND indicate?
Terrain elevation is between 500’ below and 2000’ above aircraft altitude
Regardless of selected range, selecting WX+T shows weather radar returns and includes turbulence within what range?
40NM
For takeoff, when does the PWS activate if the WXR switch is not selected on during taxi?
When either thrust lever is advanced beyond 53* TLA
What are TCAS traffic advisory symbols? Resolution advisory symbols?

- RA: Red box with traffics relative bearing, altitude and range
How do you maneuver with a TCAS pitch command (red) displayed on the PFD?
