How is income treated for Excluded HH members?

A

The income of the parent is considered when the parent is living in the home but is excluded from the AU.
Needs are only considered when person has income.
SSI/SSP or CAPI recipients income is not counted.
Income of penalized or sanctioned persons in the AU is counted in the grant computation.
