What Signatures are required for CF and CW?

CF only needs one signature .
CW needs both signatures if both parents in the home.

When it comes to discrepancies on the SAR, what is allowed for CF and CW?

Answer 2

CF allows clarification over the phone. CW will not accept clarification over the phone. It will write down in case comments but must follow up if verifications.

What are the requirements for CF and CW and notifications ?

CF and CW will send out Y-NOAs for incomplete SAR 7and X-NOas for missing SAR 7. And SAR 90 for if customer has already had X and Y NOas sent but SAR7 still missing.
For CW ALSO must add Balderas Personal Contact-phone call and NOTICE and case comments that is what’s done.

CF-must has 10 day notice. CW allows recipients to waive the 10 day notice.

Needs additional form for senior parent. Must provide SAR73 but not for CF

What is Balderas?

Answer 6

Balderas is when a complete SAR7 is not received and and X and Y NOA has been issued to discontinue CW at end of SUBMIT month. Balderas must call recipient and send reminder notice no later than 5 days prior to end of SUBMIT month.
