Self-efficacy
An empowered feeling of possessing the capability and competence to perform a task successfully.
SMART goals
Goals that are specific, measurable, aligned, realistic, and time-bound.
Effective outcomes of engagement
High morale and motivation, stronger interpersonal relationship, successful task completion, and increased problem-solving abilities.
Creating confidence
