convert text into a table
convert the selected text to a table with 3 columns. Autofit the contents and ensure that text is separated by the tab key
- insert tab
- click table button
- convert text to table
- confirm that the table size will be 3 columns. Select Autofit to contents in the Autofit behavior area

convert the selected table to text using tabs to separate cells
- click table layout tab
- click the convert to text button
- confirm the seperate text with section is set to tabs and click ok
sort text in a table
sort the selected table by age using a number type; using paragraphs in ascending order. this table has headers

- click the right border of the max and target heart rates cell in the top table

save a table to the quick tables gallery

- click save selection to quick tables gallery
- type heart rate table in the name box
- click ok
