- Report in writing to supervisor who must inform HR manager, etc. Non-disclosure could be aggravating factor. CoC applies
- encouraged to report confidentially to welfare officer and/or supervisor so support provided
Can constables subject to a PO carry firearms & appointments?
No, this breaches the order.
Can parents take out a protection order against a child or young person?
No, this must be dealt with inder the provisions of the CYPF Act 1989
Who can issue protections orders?
The Family Court as well as the District Court when required.
