Stimulate skeletal growth in PTs with deficient GH, such as hypopituitary dwarfish.

Decreases the secretion of GH and Vasoactive Intestinal Polypeptide (VIP). VIP causes profuse, watery diarrhea, flushing, and potentially life-threatning hypotension that may occur with carcinoid crisis.
ocrteotide
Also known as ADH, this drug is a powerful vasoconstrictor used for Tx of diabetes insipidus, hypotensive emergencies, G I bleeding, and pulseless cardiac arrest.
vasopressin
Used to Tx diabetes insipidus, dose-dependent Tx of blood disorders, and nocturnal enuresis.
desmopressin
