A

Major milestones are dependent on the ones before them

Define which tasks must be done before the other ones – that way you know which tasks can be moved around and which cant

What is scope creep?

A

Adding on a whole bunch of additional tasks that were not in the contract

Mechanism in place to say any additional work will be charged

Document every single thing

Handle additional scope – document, communicate it, agreement, (push out project 2 days, etc.)
