Seated adjustment for an Extended Occiput (Chin out)
Zygoma Occiput - Dr standing behind with rolled towel on abdomen
Supine adjustment. C1 is right laterally listhesed
Index Atlas (Dr at head of table, 45-90 degrees on same side as contact)
Prone - C4 is RR, LLF
Index Pillar Prone (Dr at side of table on side of contact, facing cephalon in lunging position)
Seated - C5 is LR fixed P-A on left
Digital Pillar Pull (Kiddy Pop). Dr facing patient on opposite side of contact
Supine - Occiput is LR fixed P-A on left
Thumb occiput (Dr at head of table 45-90 degrees on same side as contact)
Seated - C1 is RR fixed A-P on left
Thumb Atlas (Dr standing behind on side of contact)
Supine - C3 is LLF
Index Pillar Supine (Dr standing at head of table on side of contact)
Prone - C5 has a flexion malposition (extension Restriction)
Knife-edge spinous (Dr in fencing stance facing cephalad)
Seated - Occiput is RLF, fixed S-I on left
Occipital Lift (Dr standing behind, slightly towards side of LF)
Supine - C1 is RR, fixed P-A on right
Index Atlas (Dr at head of table 45-90 degrees on same side as contact)
Seated - C4 is LR, fixed A-P on right
Pisiform Pillar Anterior (Dr facing patient on same side as contact. Both hands have contact)
Seated - C2 is RR, RLF
Digit Spinous (Dr standing behind towards side of contact - rat hole)
Supine - C6 is LR, RLF
Thumb Pillar (Thumb web) (Dr at head of table 90 degrees on same side as contact)
Prone - T1 is RR or RR and LLF
Index transverse (Dr on opposite side of contact) OR Pisiform Transverse (Dr in fencing stance facing cephalad on either side)
Supine - Patient’s Occiput is in flexion malposition (extension restriction)
Pisiform mastoid (either side)
