A

-Head alignment (center/right/left rotation or side bending)
-Neck alignment on trunk
-C-curve
-Soft tissue contours of ant & post structures (atrophy/hypertrophy)
-Observation if individual is a mouth breather (mouth breathers encourage forward head)
