Mx - stage IA
hysterectomy +/- lymph node clearance
if want to maintain fertility - cone biopsy with negative margins

B1 (<4cm) - radiotherapy + chemotherapy
B2 (>4cm) - radical hysterectomy + pelvic node dissection
