Q

how can we alter the factors affecting stability to increase stability

A
  1. the lower the centre of mass - the greater the stability
  2. the further the line of gravity from the central position the less stability
  3. the wider the support base the greater the stability
  4. the larger the mass of the performer - the greater the inertia and therefore the greater the stability
