The Union agrees that it shall use the above mentioned bulletin boards only for the following purposes:

The Deputy Chief or designee shall reach a decision and communicate it, in writing, to the aggrieved employee within _______ from the date the grievance was presented to him.

f not resolved, it shall be the responsibility of the aggrieved to, within ________, document the grievance on the regular grievance form supplied by the Union.
