Every weekend, she packs her backpack, bottle of water, and hiking clothes and walks to the lake.

The two friends kept walking between trees and paths. Their steps had taken them to the lake.

Lars llegó a la segunda puerta. Allí los guardias lo dejaron pasar.
Lars arrived at the second door. There the guards let him pass.
Él entró en una sala del castillo. Había muchos guardias que lo miraban con desconfianza.
He entered a hall of the castle. There were many guards who looked at him with distrust.
El rey Andur bajó por unas escaleras de la sala. Estaba vestido de rojo completamente y llevaba una corona de oro.
King Andur went down some stairs in the hall. He was dressed completely in red and wore a golden crown.
—Sí, yo soy Lars —respondió enseñando la invitación— he venido a hablar con usted.
“Yes, I’m Lars,” he replied, showing the invitation, “I have come to talk to you.”
