Q

How did the Indonesian government improve their chances of overcoming another tsunami.

A

They have created an exclusion zone on high ground that is quarantined and away from any vulnerable land that could be overcome by the strong waters from a tsunami.
They have made it so when a tsunami does hit, the taller buildings will be able to move with the stronger currents of the tsunami instead of trying to completely block the strong water and getting washed away.
