what is the purpose of the nutritional assessments?
- to discover the root nutritional cause of a problem

- record extra info to help design the program and provide more accurate recommendations
what are the NSP forms?
- based on the nutritional sympto of the body systems
- scores allow us to determine which systems require the most attention and link them with the clients concerns
why do clients rate symptoms relative to the past 3 months?
- will be able to catch a new development
- if it is chronic it will still be present
what is the purpose of the NSP forms?
uncover nutritional deficiencies or imbalances that may be connected with their main concern (not diagnosis)
how many systems should you work on re-balancing at a time?
- no more than 3 but 2 is optimal
- first 2 MUST relate to the clients main health concern
- may only have to do 1

what is other important information about the case studies?
- always explain the ‘whys’ (reason for recommendation) with both diet and supplementation
- don’t address a body system if not high scoring unless it incorporates the main health concern of the client or how it interlinks with one of the higher scoring body systems
what is an important thing to tell the client when they start their lifestyle change?
when one starts to change their diet and lifestyle, one may feel worse before they start feeling better- this is a natural process of detoxification
