Caring

Compassion
The awareness of a moral or ethical aspect to one’s conduct together with the urge to prefer right over wrong: Let your conscience be your guide.

Conformity to one’s own sense of right conduct: a person of unflagging conscience
Conscience
possession of required skill, knowledge, qualification, or capacity.
competence
generally described as a state of being certain, either that a hypothesis or prediction is correct, or that a chosen course of action is the best or most effective
confidence
The devotion toward furthering your education will improve your capabilities and enhance the level of care delivered to patients.
