The heart- description

A
  • 4 chambers
    • Right Atrium/ Left Atrium.
    • Right ventricle/ Left ventricle.
      Ventricles have all the power!!!!
  • Atriums and ventricles are separated by valves to prevent backflow.
  • Left side and right side are separated by the septum.

Define the systemic system

A
  • Pumps oxygenated blood to the muscles (O2 gets used) and deoxygenated blood back again.
