- malaise, fatigue
- Non-productive cough

- RV systolic/ diastolic failure from lung disease, pulm vasc disease
- Pulm HTN, COPD, fibrosis

- RV heart failure & underlying culm disorder
- dependent edema, cyanosis, clubbing, JVD, ascites
- O2 sat <85%
