And how temperature varies with it?
A
The ratio of the mass of water vapour in a volume of air to the maximum mass of water vapour of that air could hold.
When is 100% condensation occur
Colder temp increases the relative humidity and warmer decreases the rel humidity

A
As for the diurnal variation when temperature decreases (minimum 30 min after sunrise )humidity is maximum and 2 hours after noon the humidity is least
