ethics are the knowledge of right and wrong, laws are established by government to help people live peacefully together and to ensure order and safety

what is the role of an ombudsman
assigned by law as the legal advocate for residents and decides what action to take if there are problems and help resolve conflicts and settle disputes while providing ongoing presence in long term care facilities.
