Butter - Coaching Button Down Flashcards
1.
How do you begin the coaching button down if they are newer to the info?
- You know <__name__> because you are kind of newer to the whole Airbnb business, and one of our goals is to help as many of our beginning students as possible jumpstart their Airbnb business and get some serious results. I’m excited we got to open up this conversation and I think I may have a super solid idea of how we can help you… Do you want me to share it?
2.
How do you begin the coaching button down if they are more established?
- You know <__name__> since you have already proven you can get results with Airbnb, and one of our team’s goals is to find some of our best students, to be the skip button that takes them to the next level - I’m excited we got to open up this conversation, and I think I may have a super solid idea of how we can help you… do you want me to share it?
3.
How do you start introducing the consult sesh?
(P1/2)
- (P1/2) Okay so on our team, we have full time executive consultants who are a lot more equipped to get you results than I am… They work directly with Brian Page himself and, because of that they regularly get paid $1,000 for just a single 60 minute long consulting session - but what if I could do this for you…
since you already are a student that has invested with us and, you know honestly, I see some serious opportunity in helping you because [CUSTOM REASON WHY]
4.
How do you start introducing the consult sesh?
(P2/2)
- (P2/2) So here’s my thinking… what if I could pull some strings and get you a full, 60 minute long consulting session with one of these executive consultants… completely free of charge - Is that something you would want to take advantage of?
(R)
Ok cool - Would you like me to break down how that call would go if I could find some availability in their calendar?
5.
What do you tell them about the consult call?
- So what they will do is basically dive deeper into exactly where you are in your Airbnb journey, what your ambitions/goals are, what your current plan is, and pretty much every other piece of context they need in order to get you results.
Then their goal will be to serve as the skip button that helps you get from where you are to where you want to be… and they will lay out exactly what needs to happen in order for you to get results. They are literally the best in the business.
6.
After explaining the consult call, how do you frame the coaching?
(P1/2)
- (P1/2) Plus at the end of the call if they do feel like you’re a good enough fit they may even share with you how you can potentially work with some of our coaches at a much higher and on-going level, all of which have personally done 6 or even 7 figures with their personal Airbnb business…
7.
After explaining the consult call, how do you frame the coaching?
(P2/2)
- (P2/2) Now obviously if that is the case, that does require a higher level investment but even if they don’t think you’re a good fit, which unfortunately is the case for a lot of our students, you’ll still get an insane amount of value out of this one call and it’ll be vital in helping you [achieve emotional goals], right?. Now I have to take a look at their calendars first, but how does all of that sound?
8.
- Ok, cool. - Well question for ya - If I am going to place this on an executive consultants calendar, I want to make sure this is something you genuinely want and are excited for, because if not, I’d rather give this opportunity to someone else, especially considering there are only a finite amount of spots on the calendar and typically it’s a $1,000 time slot?
9.
How to you have them rank their commitment out of 10 before booking
- So with that said, on a scale of 1-10, just for the call itself, and you can be honest with me here <__name__>, how willing are you to show up with an open mind, zero distractions, and ready to take notes?
If they are a 10: Look at executive consultants calendars for best time
What do you do if your prospect isn’t at 10/10?
Ok, why not 10?
- Handle objection -
- If they still aren’t 10 - DO NOT SET -
