Innervates:

  • Pronator Teres
  • Flexor carpi radialis
  • Palmaris longus
  • Flexor digitorum superficialis
  • Anterior interosseous (branch of median) supplies:
  • Lateral 1/2 of flexor digitorum profundus
  • pronator quadratus
  • flexor pollicis longus
  • Recurrent median nerve branch supplies thenar muscles:
  • Abductor pollicis brevis
  • Flexor pollicis brevis
  • Opponens pollicis
