A

frame with elbows, bridge forward, keep hips up, walk forward while perfecting elbow frames, uke in low mount now, knee bump forward, trap an arm, trap same side leg, grab back with opposite arm, bridge, uke prevents bridge, I capture half guard

Lever Escape 1

A

uke’s in high mount, knee bump to partially turn to a side, use my right foot to control his tibia lever until I knee curl around his ankle, no good, grab his ankle, bump him forward with my knee, lift tibia, curl knee around his ankle, use my left knee as a fulcrum, knee curl to bring his knee off the ground, place hip under the knee, elbow frame under his knee, create two arm frames against his hips, hip out, reset guard
