In Osteopoikilosis where are the bone islands usually found ?
They are usually found around the joints. Juxta
articular location.
What is a Enostsosis ?
A common benign bone island.
When should we be concerned about an Enostosis on a radiograph ?
If you have a patient with a primary lesion that you know may develop into osteoblastic mets. for example Prostate cancer.
What is Osteopathic Striata ?
Rare benign sclerosing bone dysplasia (abnormal cells).
What is the radiographic appearance of Osteopathic Striata ?
Vertical striations./ linear streaking within the bones along parallel to the long axis of bone.

Give some differentials for an Enostosis ?
Met.
Ganglion cyst.
Old fracture.
Herniation pit.
