Tail head, crease down back, along the withers, along the neck, ribs, behind the shoulder
What is the difference between a blemish and unsoundness?
A blemish is a defect htat does not interfere with the usefulness of the horse.
Unsoundness is a defect that does interfere with the usefulness of the horse
What are abnormalities that do not affect the intended use or serviceablility of a horse?
Blemished

Horse having any deviation in structure or function that interferes with the horse’s intended use or funtion
