Clinical exam, vital signs, orthostatics, endoscopy, CT scan, nuclear scan

Labs to run
A
CBC, Coagulation profile, chemistry, type and screen
Chemistry- used to check/screen for abnormalities from 1 or more organ systems;
tests for enzymes, drugs, minerals, hormones

Treatment
A
IV access, fluids, blood/blood products transfusion, procedures available to evaluate or stop the bleed
