systolic:less than 120, Diastolic: less than 80
Elevated
Systolic: 120-129. Diastolic: less than 80
Stage 1 Hypertension
systolic: 130-139, Diastolic: 80-89
stage 2 hypertension
systolic: 140 or higher, Diastolic: 90 or higher
hypertensive crisis
systolic: higher than 180, Diastolic: higher than 120
Tachycardia
RHR more than 100 beats per minute
Bradycardia
RHR less than 60 beats per min
Visceral fats
usually in men, cause of Android obesity (excess fat in the top half)
Women: gynoid obesity
excess subcutaneous fat around the thighs and the glutes
Type 1 diabetes
need insulin shots
Type 2 Diabetes
too much glucose, take medication, or exercise
BMI: Normal
18.5 to 24.9
BMI: overweight
25 to 29.9
BMI: obese
30 plus is obese
