A
  • 2 months and older: Permethrin 5% (Elimite cream) (2 months and older)
  • < 2 months or pregnant/breast feeding–> precipitated 6% Sulfur in petrolatum
  • Treat all family members at the same time!
  • Cover all surface area!
  • Wash everything in HOT WATER and dry on high
  • Antihistamines for pruritis
  • Corticosteroid creams
  • Antibiotic cream for excoriations
