Example: The brachialis assists in elbow flexion
Rhomboid
Muscle located between the shoulder blades
Example: Strengthening the rhomboids can improve posture
Spinal extensor
Muscles along the spine responsible for extension
Example: Deadlifts are a great exercise for the spinal extensors
Latissimus dorsi
Large muscle in the back responsible for shoulder extension
Example: Pull-ups target the latissimus dorsi
Brachioradialis
Muscle in the forearm responsible for elbow flexion
Example: Hammer curls target the brachioradialis
