A

He will continue to develop his fitness components until he reaches his peak (mid-20s for male gymnast) however flexibility starts to decrease after the age of 16 (would need to focus on flexibility in training)

A

Post season: rest and recover whist still maintaining fitness with light training

High protein to recover quicker (bars, shakes, tablets)
Higher carbohydrate for more energy with his constant activity
More water to prevent dehydration from the sweat he loses

The media may intrude on his private life and put him under scrutiny about his performance. This is where he might suffer from more anxiety if he does not learn to control it

A

Knockout
Individuals will initially compete against their national squad to qualify. If successful, they will compete internationally as all-around performers (4 out of 6 events) or individual performers.

A

These recordings can now be uploaded to the internet so other people can give advice
